Age Verification

General Bonus Policy

• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being claimed.
• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x–40x.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• If bonus abuse is detected (e.g., using multiple accounts), both the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.

Gaming Rules

Prohibited Activities

Account Closure & Suspension

93pk may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• At the user's own request for voluntary closure.

To voluntarily close your account, email our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
